HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?:

  • All sales are FINAL. We do not offer returns on products. 

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

We only allow orders that have not shipped yet to be cancelled. To cancel an order please send a cancellation request through (sales@enforcedaero.comwith your full name, order ID, reason for canceling, and the part or parts you want to cancel. A fee will apply to order cancellations, typically these are charges a vendor may charge us for canceling an order. Fee's range from 6%-25% of the original price which is what it costs us to process your original transaction. The fees are to cover processing, repackaging, overhead and manpower. 

Credit card company's get their money no matter what, so if you want to cancel there is a fee and that fee is what they take on the transaction which is 3%.

 

Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses a shipment, they will forfeit all shipping charges of the item to them times two. Once for the shipping to them, and once for the shipping charges we will be billed for the return of the package. The item will also be handled as a Return and will automatically be subject to a restocking fee per our discretion unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Unclaimed shipments and returned shipments due to nondelivery are also subject to these terms.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If the package arrived damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of when you receive the package. After the 48 hours, we will not be able to offer a refund or ship you a replacement.
